What We Do
Coptic Orphans strives to unlock the God-given potential of the most vulnerable children in Egypt through the power of education. Working through grassroots partners and a network of over 450 specially trained Church-based volunteers, by God’s grace, we empower thousands of Coptic children to reclaim the feelings of dignity and self-worth that were stolen by poverty and the loss of their father.
The Not Alone Program
Not Alone gives over 10,000 fatherless Christian children access to quality education, while nurturing a well-rounded, volunteer-oriented character, so they can succeed in school, escape poverty, and change their communities.
B’edaya (‘With My Own Hands’)
The B’edaya microfinance initiative unlocks the talents of widowed mothers in Egypt’s poorest villages, building their self-worth and skills as they start a business and work towards their family’s financial independence.
